Hi all soapmakers! I am new here and confused about some ingredients.
In my country, I can not find pomace olive oils, only extra virgin oil so I am wondering if using it for soap making is possible or worse than lower grade olive oil.
In addition, I find pure coconut oil in liquid, is it good for soap making too? My supplier also sell lower grade coconut oil but they said that it would not be pure (may contains other elements or dust...)
I have never made soaps so I am trying to learn as much as possible. Please help me. Thanks guys!

Extra virgin olive oil will be fine. I would not use lower grade coconut if it has impurities in it.

Coconut oil that I buy is is liquid form. Will it make any difference when making soap?

Raw probably means unrefined. If it's food grade, you should be ok. Let me know if it turns solid in the fridge.
