Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone has tried a HP salt bar? My question is when to add the salt, I'm thinking probably just prior to pouring into the mould but thought I'd see if anyone has had experience with it. I'm a CP girl but have recently tried a few batches of HP in the crock pot and love that it is ready so much sooner... great for those experimental batches! Thanks in advance for any advice.

I know I've heard of people doing it, but I'm not an HPer so I'm not much help with details.

I made an hp salt bar and added 50% salt after cook. I had to cut it after about 2-3 hours, It was a very nice bar.
