I read in a soaping book recently that Titanium Dioxide can reduce the lathering and moisturizing capabilities of the soap. I tried Titanium Dioxide for the first time recently (the bars are still curing) and I loved the pretty light color it produced. But, if it is true that it hurts the lathering and moisturizing, I don't want to use it. I can live with natural tan colors if it means a nicer, more moisturizing soap.
