Could someone please tell me how i can get the same look at the bottom of this cupcake?

http://www.bonbomb.co.uk/?page_id=3&cat ... duct_id=14

I think its a bath muffin, but not sure what to use to get this exact look !!

Obviously ill be using bicarb soda but what else.....how do you get it to look this /texture and hard after?

Many Thanks,

It doesn't rise - it's just molded in that shape in the first place.

I have seen trays like that for sale at like Walmart or Target.... can't remember which.... It was a silicone pan and the cupcake bottoms were already shaped like they had come out of a wrapper.
