I finally found a way to stamp my soaps without breaking the bank and I found it locally.
Joanns, Michaels, Hobby Lobby--most craft stores sell Wilton cake decorating supplies. What I have been using is called a "Decorative Fondant Punch". It comes with several punches. I also have been using letter stamps that are hard and made to stamp concrete. Just wanted to share my idea. Feedback please.
There are more soaps stamped this way on my soap page: http://mmbbb.webs.com/soapandspaproducts.htm

Very nice!!

I've never tried stamping my soaps and have a basic question for everyone...
WHEN do you apply the stamp? I lightly shave my soaps when they are firm enough to do so. Do you stamp them after they are shaved or is the soap too hard by then??

I stamp mine after they are cut. I only bevel the edges.

I stamp mine about 2-4 days after cutting, depending on how dry they feel.
