When are you supposed to add Rosemary Oil Extract to Cold Process? Is it at trace, or can you add it in the oil phase? Does it accelerate trace?

ROE is best added to your base oils before you make soap with it. No, it shouldn't accelerate trace.

yes, that would be better for me since i can't seem to get my act together and get the dye fragrance and whatever else i'm trying to do before the darn stuff starts setting up on me :roll:
