Teach Soap

So I bought this 'sweet almond EXTRACT oil', bring it home and it has no smell. I figure I got jipped, it was a bad jar or something. I was going to make 'almond' coffee & cream. Anyway, I've been meaning to take it back. Well today I run across a recipe with the ADDITIVE of sweet almond extract. Good thing I didn't take it back, I would have really been embarrassed!

Ok, now feel sorry for me and answer this question Has anyone made coffee & milk together? I'm planning on substituting the water for 3x's the strength coffee and add some goat milk in after I blend the lye and oils together. Turkish coffee! w/coffee grounds! I'm so excited!!!! lol Oh yea..... it will work ok together, won't it?

It will work, but in the end, you won't be able to smell the coffee.
If you want almond, you can either use benzaldehyde or a fragrance oil.

I've made this several times---goatmilk soap with Turkish Mocha fo and added coffee grounds. It's a great kitchen sink soap. Just go easy on the coffee grounds. An ounce per lb batch was a bit too heavy for me. The grounds are pretty course so I would keep that in mind.
