Thank you Jola. Can anyone give me a quick lesson on how to "rebatch". I just took a peek at the little leftover soaps that I made. I love the color and the speckles that the coffee grounds that I threw in at the last minute. I will definitely post when I slice it. Do I need to wrap this soap up to rebatch or what? Can you tell how green I am? :mrgreen:

I THINK you could use these directions http://www.teachsoap.com/rebatch.html, just use your soap as the "soap base". I'm very green to and have never done this though so I should probably not have chimed in! lol And I'm not sure, you might want to wear rubber gloves while doing the grating... not sure if the lye is still active in your soap at this point.

If you have a crock pot, you could remelt it in there on low. Depending on the size of the rebatch, it might take a couple of hours to remelt. Just keep an eye on it, so it doesn't burn.

Thank you soapbuddy! I don't have a crockpot that I'm willing to give up for just soap. I will have to cruise the thrift shops and pick on up. So If I'm reading you right - you just shred this mess & toss it into the crockpot, melt it and repour into the mold? I only used 2 teaspoons of the orange/mocha & I don't smell any scrent. Should I have used a tablespoon or more? When I rebatch this stuff, can I add more FO?

I have a scale, I just used teaspoons for the FO. However, I just made my second batch of cold process and indeed used the scale to measure out the FO. I put in 2.1 ounces (was aiming for 2 ounces, lol) for my 3lb batch. Hope that is enough.
