Teach Soap

Hello people, long time no chat but life has easied up on me and now I have time to play with soap.
I am sure this question has been best to death but I am unable to find the answer so here I go. When adding EO to a recipe how do you determine how much and do you need to adjust the recipe and when do you add it, is there a rule of thumb for this ? Attached is what I use as an everyday soap for me, the neighbor likes it but she want sented soap so I am on a mission to learn this part.

45oz lard
20oz olive oil
20oz coconut oil
12oz lye
32oz water

Each essential oil has a safe usage rate. There is no one size fits all. Which essential oil did you want to use?

Starting with lavender. Where would I find the"usage chart" for EO. I have looked but come up with nothing or the link doesn't work.
