From the looks of it, I'm guessing you're avoiding animal products and palm oil on purpose.
For sure that much coconut is going to give you a pretty drying harsh soap, especially with the lowish superfat level. If I'm going to superfat at 5% or lower, I keep my coconut at 20% or less. You don't need that amount of lauric acid in your soap. Instead I'd look at increasing the palmitic in relation to everything else. You can do this by subtracting from your coconut and adding to your avocado butter or add avocado oil. A cheaper option is to consider subtracting from your coconut and adding rice bran oil. I generally use castor oil at 5% with almost all my recipes. You could subtract this from your coconut as well.
You're making a high olive oil soap (almost 50%). There is nothing wrong with that but keep in mind that for your bars to be their best they must be allowed to cure at least a few months before using.
