Teach Soap

I made a CP soap with 55% olive oil, 25% coconut oil, 10% Shea butter and 10% caster oil. 5% superfat and everything else as default from soapcalc. I added some honey to the recipe and the whole thing gelled. It looks lovely but after slicing it is extremely soft - consistency of warm plasticine!
According to soapcalc all the numbers it gives you fall in the right sort of range for hardness etc.
This is the first time I have had a soap gel all the way through.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why it's turned out squishy? I made it on Saturday, cut it on Sunday and today is Monday....

10% castor will give you a soft soap. I would halve the castor and add the difference to olive. How much honey per lb. of soap did you add? Too much honey can make the soap soft too. I normally superfat at 7-8% as anything below my skin finds drying.

I will reformulate the recipe with less castor oil!
I used approximately one heaping teaspoon of honey for 21 ounces of oil. Is this too much? Is it beter to use dried honey powder maybe?

I checked on the soaps this morning and they seem to be hardening up a bit - maybe if I leave them alone they will turn out OK!
