Hi. I'm about to use up the rest of my cocoa butter, but i have never made soap above 10 % C.B. Can i use 20% CB? I have to go to about 28% C.B. use up up the whole rest of my bag. That's the plan. Using aloe vera juice for the liquid with olive and coconut superfatted to 10%.

Usually when i use cocoa butter I don't add any additional fragrance it already smells so strongly of chocolate I just label it a 'chocolate' soap. Does anyone have any essential oils they like to use w/ CB? I don't want to overpower the cocoa scent- maybe just a little peppermint?

You can use it up to 20%. Depending on the actual recipe, you might not get as many bubbles. Vanilla or Mint would be nice choices.

It ended up being 24.9% cocoa butter. 13.7 ounces of c.b. in 55 ounces of oil. Plus 3.2 ounces of peppermint eo. Hope it turns out good. Should be fine right?
