Teach Soap

I'm new to this forum. I've been soaping for only a couple of months now and I'm still trying to work out all the kinks in my recipes and learn all the tricks. I've had this issue a couple of times with my soaps where there seems to be colored few drops on the top of my soap after it's been left in the mold overnight. Does anyone know what causes this and how to prevent it? I added a picture of my last batch to show what I mean, not a very good picture but i had to resize it a lot in order to post it.

Is it humid where you are? Are you letting the soap gel or not?

It's not humid here, pretty dry and no I'm not letting it gel.

If you're not letting the soap gel, it could be moisture/water condensation from the water used or drops of glycerin coming to the surface as the soap saponifies. I prefer not to gel. My soap can take up to three days before it completely saponifies. Unless the little spots zap, I wouldn't worry about it. What kind of colors are you using and are you premixing them before adding them to your batch?
