Hello. I made a loaf of soap 24 hours ago and after unmolding I noticed large dark spot in the middle which felt soft. I put it back in and now it's curing for over 36. Can anyone suggest what should be my next step and if soap is still good.

Sounds like you have a partial gel. Just cut it up and cure as normal, nothing wrong with the soap, it is just the look of it that is different, not the properties.
