I was making my usual double batch 4 1/2lbs. My preference is hot processes. I should have realized what was wrong when my soap took forever to trace( my soap usually traces with a couple minutes ), however things happen and I figured adventures in soap making relax and soap on. I was 95% through the cook when I realized I only measured out my lye once not the two times I would need for this double batch. So now I have about 10lbs of super super soft soap and I have no idea what will happen to it down the road . As of right now it's awesome. But I just wanted to put the word out to see if anyone else has gone through this and what happened to the soap?
Thanks all... :?:

It will stay soft and will be more prone to DOS. I would rebatch and add the missing lye in minimum water required.
