Dear All,

I want to know which is the best silicone rectangle soap mold ( 15 or more cavities) that would yield 4 exactly oz soap ( uncured ) ?

After curing, it should fetch 100 gms of soap for me to sell. Please respond soon. I could buy from etsy, brambleberry or crafters choice. Please suggest.

You would need a mold that holds 60 ozs. (3.75 lbs.) of raw soap. Depending on the shape you need, try Amazon. The mold can hold more. Just discount your water, or don't fill to the top.

Hope these would not make bulky bars. I should make sure that I do not fill it up till top. After curing, atleast 10 gms of weight per soap will be lost right?

I generally use 29% water. So it should be 10% water loss from each soap right? on an average?

Freshware has a new mold coming out end of June that will do 4oz rounded rectangle bars. Their mini one was such a hit and they had so many requests to do a larger version they have.
