Teach Soap

New here! Pleased to meet you all I'm fairly new to soaping and had a batch recently make me scratch my head. Maybe you can help me out.
I was making a batch using Olive and palm oils. Fresh Brewed Coffee fragrance oil was what I was using too.

I mixed the batter to a nice trace and began to pour into my mold when, halfway through, it began to seperate. So I used a wisk to mix it up again and finished pouring.

Upon unmolding, the soap had a line through the middle from where I stopped pouring. It also developed these wet areas. Did I not mix it properly?

At what temps did you combine the oils and lye? Did you use a stick blender? Where did the fragrance come from? Did the soap gel?
