Iam trying to find oils that will help to regenerate hair growth and heal scalp? Would anyone have experience with this? I ve been asked a lot of times if there is no shampoo bar that will help with this problem so am wondering if certain oils in a bar would be benificial. Thanks to anyone for taking time to help me out. :?:

Hair growth come from the inside, not from anything you can apply to the outside of your body/scalp. Good nutrition, lowering stress levels, - all of those affect your body chemistry and therefore hair growth.
Hair is DEAD, that's why we can cut it with no pain. The only thing you can do from the outside is cleanse, condition and treat it gently to make it look good and last before falling out and being replaced by the follicle.

The scalp in another issue entirely. It is still live skin... so whatever things may be possible with our skin from various products, including essential oils, are possible with the scalp as well. That would take a LOT of research and information from reputable sources if you really want something scientifically effective.
The internet is a public place, and there is just as much garbage info out there as there is good stuff. Sometimes it can be hard to tell the difference.

Be careful, and good luck!

Thank you so much !
I have never heard it put that way that hair loss has to be treated from the inside out. I will keep on searching on scalp care.

Jojoba, hemp and castor are all very high levels in my shampoo bars, its not just for the hair, but the scalp as well. Peppermint EO is always great for the scalp as the "tingle" helps to bring blood flow. Its often used in scalp treatments.

thanks Vanillacharms

I do use castor oil but will look into the other two. I use Rosemary EO and Tea Tree EO and really get good results with them.

Cedarwood and sage are really good for your hair to make it grow. I swear by cedarwood (my hair is past my shoulders now). I have been using it and sometimes my hair grows almost 2 inches in a week.
