I usually use sodium lactate in every batch of soap. 1tsp PPO.

A few weeks ago I accidently poured it into my oils instead of my lye water. I realized it immediately after I did it. Not knowing what to do but definitely not wanting it to stick in my loaf mold I also added it to my lye water. So double dose of sodium lactate.
I was worried about the batch but I just tried it and although it's only had about a 2 week cure so far it's by far the best soap I've made. Incredibly hard bar with better lather than anything I've made.
Soo...is there anything wrong with doing this?

Not sure but I doubt it. I have mixed it in my oils one time, in my lye the next, actually worked great either way. I have never double dosed it, but I don't really measure it anyway, I just add a capful per pound.

Nothing wrong with that. If you would have added too much, it can make your soap crumbly.

Thank you!! I'm excited to try it again and see if it acts the same way. I've been on a quest for a "perfect" soap recipe that I can use all the time and this might be it!
