Teach Soap

I would like to make CP Rice Milk Soap.
How to prepare the rice milk? should I cooked the rice or use it raw to make milk?
I want to make rice milk by using 1 part brown rice and 4 part water. Would that be a nice thickness?
Appreciate if anyone can help me with this one.

I've made rice milk, but only used the liquid portion. Lye needs enough liquid to dissolve.

How much water is considered enough. I have tried the 1:4 ratio and it turns out tooooo thick!
For 100g oil, what would be a somewhat the right percentage of rice to use? Would 3% rice (before milking) be ok?

I made some brown rice milk once and did it 4:1. I rinsed the rice real good before cooking it until tender in the 4 c. of water. I put it all in the blender, then strained it through cheesecloth. It was a little thick, but not bad to work with. I personally didn't like the soap it made, so never did it again. Good luck!

Instead of using all of it, I would use only the liquid portion.
