I made a batch of soap 50 percent ok, 20percent palm oil, 20 percent coconut oil, 10.percent almond oil, super fat with shea  butter 5 percent. Lavender and vanilla essential oil combined the ingredients and the soap became cuddled effect very grainy and was slow to solidify. It did not get firm yet. I am not sure what happened .

Where did your Lavender and vanilla essential oil come from? Did you run the recipe through a lye calc? Did you include the shea in the lye calc? Lye at trace is still very active and it will take whatever it wants. There is no guarantee that adding shea at trace will end up as your superfat.
