Teach Soap

I tried my first batch of soap, with olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil, goats milk, honey and orange essential oil. After 28 hours I tired to unmold it, and here is how it came out - what causes it to be crumbly like that? One of the bars looks lovely, but the others are like this

oh, and here is the recipe I used
11 oz olive oil
9 oz coconut oil
1.5 oz castor oil
3 oz sunflower oil
1.5 oz cocoa butter
4.6 oz lye
10 oz goats milk (frozen slush)
2 T honey at trace
2 oz orange essential oil at trace

Are you missing an oil? You said in the original post you used palm, but I don't see it in the recipe you listed.
I ran your recipe through soap calc & you've got too much lye, by almost an ounce.
