This is the third batch of this soap I've made and about the 75th batch of CP soap I've made....

I used Shave & a Haircut fragrance oil from BB.

The blue specks, yes...guess I didn't mix things up as well as I should have--but what about the oily lines on the whitish part of the soap?

Darn....now I can't post a pic, LOL

Let's see if that works....

The soap seems to be curing okay...and it smells amazing....but it doesn't look great...this is the second batch with the same colorant....

Looks like glycerin rivers. It's only cosmetic and is usually caused by overheating of some colorants, like TD.

Darn, okay...I think I got impatient and didn't let the water/lye cool enough before I added it to the oils. :roll:

I would get yourself one of those laser thermometers to give you an idea how warm your oils and lye are. I got mine at Harbor Freight on sale for about $10.
