I'm just wondering how you list your items when labeling for reconstituted powdered milk. You mix it with water and freeze it into milk cubes, so is it then considered milk in the ingredient list? Can you list it that way instead of powdered milk and water? Or do you have to list the separate ingredients before reconstitution?

For instance:

1) Olive Oil, Goats Milk, Sodium Hydroxide

or

2) Olive Oil, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Powdered Goats Milk

No one has any idea?

Good question. Since regular milk has a water content too, I would list just the milk.

Thanks, I've been doing it the long way (2nd example) but think the first one sounds nicer and takes up less space on my label.
