I recently got jasmine essential oil and the bottle stated it was and absolute what does that mean do i Use more or less

Absolute is very concentrated. Always use less, unless it's already pre-diluted. That's going to be some expensive soap! Where did you get the absolute?

I bought it at bulk apothacary/ I used it, thought it was strong so i used less but i could have used more. I wasn't sure if there was a cerrtain time frame due because of the label

I would follow IFRA guiselines on how much of the absolute to use. Some can safely be used only in small amounts.

Their jasmine absolute is actually already diluted. It's like 3% absolute and 97% carrier oil.

Just FYI they will provide the info if emailed. That's who I got my wintergreen oil from and they sent me the MSDS when I requested info on the percent of methyl salicylate.
