Teach Soap

Hi Everyone

My son has really bad Psoriasis so am wanting to formulate a soap for him. I would like to do a goats milk soap using only 4 oils..... olive oil, shea butter, coconut oil and castor oil, could you please advise me what percentage of each oil would be best?
I would really like to use fresh goat milk but I would have to drive a long way to get some so was thinking about using goat milk powder.......does this work just as well? would it have the same benefits as fresh milk?

I was also thinking about a pine tar soap....just watched soaping101 make one....wow it traced super fast lol. has anyone made pine tar soap....would love to hear how it turned out!

My first question is why those 4 oils? My sister has eczema so I have made her a neem oil soap... it is still curing so I do not know if this will help. And of course psoriasis and eczema are not the same. I think the best idea is to avoid fragrance and coloring.
I went into the soap maker program played with the numbers. They rate the categories from 0-8.
What I put in came up with: hardness of 5.7 fluffy lather 4.3 (I have a diff time getting this one up unless I use more coconut oil), stable lather 6.7 and moisturizing 7.3

Coconut oil is 20%
olive oil 69%
castor oil 5%
shea butter 6%

the second one I changed the olive oil to 67% and the shea butter to 8% but the numbers stayed the same.

I am thinking you would need to cure this soap for a longer time because of the high level of olive oil. And of course my soaps get milder with a longer cure anyways.

Forgot you asked about the goats milk.... I used powdered goats milk all the time. I have not noticed a difference between that and whole goats milk. When using it... I save back 1-2 ounces of the water, warm it a little in the microwave then add the powdered goats milk and use a mini wisk to mix well. Then before adding the lye to my warm oils I add the goats milk and stick blend it in.
Once in a great while I want the golden color that goats milk will give.... then I will buy whole goats milk and add my lye directly to that. It usually will give me a warm honey tan color.

I've got some testers with psoriasis and they've given me GREAT feedback from soap with 10% neem oil, neolite clay, 2% EO blend (rosemary, tea tree and fir needle).
