Ok, so where is the cheapest place to get quality cocoa butter?

I like Camden Grey. If you are buying a large quantity, Columbus Foods Soaper's Choice is the best that I've found.

I buy mine at Columbus foods, as I haven't found any less expensive.

Cocoa Butter is also called the obroma oil and is good for the skin, and it is used in many thing like chocolate and some more other thing

I have a question... I bought cocoa butter from Symphony scents couple of month ago, I realized right away that it doen't smell like chocolate at all but at that time I've never smelled cocoa butter so I thought maybe it is ok. But now I also noticed that it is very soft and I've read that cocoa butter is usually a bit harder than shea, but mine is as soft as shea and just more yellow than my shea butter from brambleberry. I recently smelled cocoa butter and now I understand that something is maybe wrong with mine. I ordered regular (not deodorized) and it is labeled as regular cocoa butter.

Do u think it was a mistake and it is not a cocoa butter and should I use it in soap as a cocoa butter or not? It doesn't smell bad more like nothing...

The color can be yellow, it depends upon the way it is processed or not processed. The smell can be very chocolatey to barley smelling at all, again, depending upon the way it is processed. The softness is what I question. Personally, I have never had a cocoa butter that was soft. If it were me, I think I'd contact the vendor and see what they have to say.
