I made some goatsmilk soap 3 weeks ago and used evaporated milk full strength. I did not know you were to use half milk and half water. I tried a small piece of the soap lastnight and it was very nice. My question is does it do anything to the soap when you did not dilute the milk?

I think you are fine. Most soapers who use evaporated milk (like me) do it so we can dissolve the lye in water, rather than dissolve the lye in milk and risk burning/curdling the milk. So by using canned milk and water, we have the same "strength" of milk as if we'd used no water and not-evaporated milk.

I see no reason why it would not be okay to use all canned milk.
