The SAP value of an oil or butter varies from harvest to harvest, season to season and year to year. Since there is a variance in SAP for each oil on soap calcs due to this difference, I prefer to use the same one each time. I started with The Sage because Brambleberry didn't have one til recently.

You can set the % of water on soap calc, so it will reflect their default number if you didn't alter it, where BB probably has a different default number.
The amount of lye can vary slightly, as every oil has a slight range. Depending on what chart they go by, it may be a tad different/off than another calculator. It should only be hundredths of a difference, so if it is more than that you should redo it and see if you made any mistakes in inputting (like a wrong oil or an oil instead of a butter etc.).
In the end, you have to decide which calculator(s) you feel is best for you. I personally like the soap calc the best, but I use BB to see their recommendations for the amount of fo to use since they do not post the max use rates on their site.

eta; I got a phone call while writing this and forgot to hit enter until I returned, so I didn't see that you already had a good answer. Sorry, wasn't trying to talk over Irena!
