At over 100$ a gallon I do put jojoba oil in soap, I am like Irena, I only use it in my lotion and a few other products. If, however you do want to spend the money for it, this is a good one to add because it only takes 2% or so to make a noticeable difference. Still, it is a pretty costly 2%, so you will need to do some calculations and decide how high you want to go.
I do use cocoa butter in most all of my soaps, and I do not temper it for use in soap. I have never had any issues using it that way in soap. I do temper it for use in other products though. If you want to add this to your soap, when added at only 5% it will help to make the soap bar hard, creamy and moisturizing. You can purchase this in bulk and pay around 5$ a pound, so it is very cost effective for a luxury bar.
I have not used kukui nut oil, although I have studied it, and it looks like a nice oil and has a great shelf life. But it is really for products other than soap. You are not supposed to add it to your formula until after the heat process, so I am not sure how it would stand up in soap. This would need some testing for sure. Maybe someone else has tried it and can say. Anyway, another consideration is the price. Again, you would need to do some calculations and decide how high you want to price your soap and if this could be cost effective. Plus, there doesn't seem to be many distributors for this oil (at least not the last time I was considering it), so the shipping and price may be a consideration, as well as where you can get it. Since it comes from Hawaii, if it still has limited distribution, finding a good/trustworthy vendor may also be an issue if your usual place does not carry it (mine does not). I don't know if this is your case, but it is something to look at.
