I did a batch with half OO and half EVOO (ran out right in the middle and had to go to the store. Oops! LOL!) It turned out a beautiful light yellow. Both the OO and the EVOO look green in the bottles. I didn't add any color to it. I scented with Sweet Orange EO and Bergamot EO. I always use EVOO now and all of my bases are light in color. Here is a pic of my Orange Bergamot.

Those look pretty!
I hope the scents will last for you. I find most citrus oils fade on me, unless I use an anchor like Patchouli or Vetiver.

Those look really nice. How long did you keep them in the mold before slicing them up?

I have found that the scent is light but still there. I made this batch over almost 3 months ago. I leave it in the mold for atleast 12 hours. I try to leave 'em in for 24 but I get to anxious. Plus it is easier for me to slice when it is still semi soft. Oh and I gel and it still came out that light in color. That is one of my favorites too.
