Teach Soap

I made a soap last night and thanks to my pesky stick blender, had to hand stir the batch. I covered and insulated it, but am pretty sure it did not go through gel. Is there a way at this point, the next day, to still try to force gel, or has that "window of opportunity" passed already?
And if it's still a possibility, how's the best way to go about trying to make it gel?

Carrie, my salt bars didn't want to gel and I CPOP'd them about 6 hours later and they gelled.

I know the voices in my head aren't real, but they sure have some great ideas!

I guess it's worth a shot, right? I don't think it would hurt......

If I'm making layers and the top layer is not made til the next day, I pop the batch in the oven to force gel. So I would say that yes you can.

Thanks, ladies. I put it in a warm oven this morning before leaving for church and when we returned it was still warm. Needed the oven, so took it out and put it in front of the wood stove and covered with a blanket.
Hoping I will find a gelled soap when I check .
