 Post subject: Brown Spots?

Why are there are there brown spots on the top of the cp loaf that i just made last night? Now I'm afraid to cut it. It isn't a lot, but there are a couple of spots that look like rust.

Since you just made it last night, I wouldn't zap test them yet. They could be lye or fo.

Are those pearls candy? If so, it's most likely the sugars from them.

Thanks Genny and Soapbuddy. I cut the soap and it was only near the pearls, not on the inside. Next time I will leave the pearls for some cupcakes! :)
