Teach Soap

Hi - I am pretty sure I know the answer to this but want to confirm. I am about to make some soap and my thought is I am going to try to do a hanger swirl - half will be green pigment from BB and the other half uncolored. I am using Dragon's Blood FO which I have never soaped with but hear it discolors to brown. I am thinking I will just put it in the uncolored half so it doesn't mess with my green. Question do I base my amount on the 48 ounces of oil or the 24 ounces that is the half I am putting it in? If I use half the amount is it strong enough?

If you are only putting the fragrance in the half, calculate your fragrance for only that half. Dragon's blood is pretty strong.

I use BB's Dragon's Blood at .5 oz PPO and it's plenty strong! And it does discolor to a VERY dark brown. I think it will look really cool with a green swirl!
