Hi guys!
This is my first time posting. Can you tell I'm excited I've fallen in love with soaping, I'm disabled and this has been such a stress reliever for me. Anne Marie's videos were my first inspiration. She is so awesome! Here's a sample of my creations so far. I hope to be as good as her and some of my other soaping heroes <3

I made 2 batches this week. The camo is a gardeners pumice soap and the second is Clown Puke! Actually it is a mishap! I was attempting a column pour and my FO accelerated so I ended up having to plop it into a mold ={ at least it smells good!

So I've learned to pour at a thinner trace, to not do a CPOP in a silicon mold and to strain my dispersed TD before adding it to the soap batter. I've also learned to use about half the amount of black as the other accent color. But I do love the effects!

When color morphing works out good!

This is BB's carnation fragrance. I planned to do a light pink soap with green and white accent. I quickly realized that the FO was deep yellow so I decided to add TD to the main batter to whiten it. Unfortunately, it turned very, very yellow, so the pink wound up being orange, the green was very yellowish. Well, when it came out of the mold it changed back to the colors I'd originally hoped for!



This one is Nag Champa fragrance. I knew it would darken, so I used TD in the batter, then Cappacinno and copper micas. After a couple weeks curing, you can see the soap went brown and the accents went purple (the brown mica) and salmon/pink. (the copper) I love how its looking!
