Thanks Linda. So glad you hooked us up. It was a lot of fun and looking forward do getting together again. Can't wait until I can unmold and cut the soap so I can see the inside. I am not known for my patience, but I'm trying not to peek

So many beautiful soaps! The blueberry cobbler looks like a swirled ice cream, yum. And I'm dying to try that pineapple cilantro.

I soaped with color for the first time last week, as well as trying a palm-free recipe for the first time. It was a dream to work with, but it's really soft and I'm not sure I have the patience to wait a four-day minimum to unmold and cut every time. Back to the drawing board!



Scented with WSP's Lemongrass Green Tea, which smells more like sweet tea with lots of lemon than anything else. Still delicious, though!

Took a thin slice off the "Pineapple Salsa" log.. OMG it's EXACTLY how I envisioned! Hooray! Once I make some sort of rail to keep the soap from sliding on my cheese board (I may have forgotten to mark where to put the soap balls, so my multibar cutter may not work for this one.... ) I'll get it cut, and cleaned up, and post the video! Smells AMAZING!

More swirling practice, this time an ITP swirl scented with WSP's Ocean Rain. It accelerated, so the swirl is a bit gloppier than intended, but it came out pretty well.





I thought it was cold enough in my apartment to avoid gel without putting it in the fridge, but I got a partial gel (which I assume is the reason for the odd texture in the teal, since I used TD to lighten it a little) so I guess I'll know better next time!

Irena those are absolutely beautiful. Do you mind if I ask what colorant you used for the purple. My purples are all blue-ish purple. Yours is a gorgeous reddish purple.
