cetawin, I just would like to use rose clay in a soap without having this color (ugly to me

) looking at the reciepe is a good idea, I'll make researches...

I think I may be a little obsessed with Cupcake Soaps! I'm still finding my way around the piping but most say that I am having much fun making them! Here are my most recent two attempts!

This one I scented with BB "Champagne" fragrance oil.

This peach one I scented with BB "Yuzu" fragrance oil

I need a little more practice and more patience for sure! I noticed that I keep making them lopsided and sometimes the soap icing is not firm enough to pipe. The peach cupcake was a little runny :oops:

Linda I am trying again with the column tomorrow I shall remember the oven trick if needed.

Roxana if the batter for the pipping is runnier than you want...pop the whole bag in a freezer for a few minutes...check it often. On the contrary...too thick, try putting the bag in warm water for a few
..squish the bag periodically. These techniques will work for short spans but the natural thickening is still going to occur.

Dawn my slab is a 7.5 lb slab mold so maybe I will try it in a smaller loaf first.

My first h]ot process soap. I think it turned out pretty good. The colors didn't turn out exactly like I envisioned but not bad.
