I really like the smell of real leather, but this just didn't smell like real leather after I soaped it. I didn't use much Musk, so I don't think that's the problem, but I guess it could be. I thought the Musk might give it a "deeper" smell, but maybe I should have stuck with straight Leather. When you soap it straight, does it turn out smelling like real leather?

I have mixed amber, leather, vanilla and little patch. The leather still overpowered pretty much everything I added to it! :lol:

I think the leather FO does smell like leather... the other scents just enhance it. The leather is always the strongest of the scents. When I ask others what they smell at least 80-90% of the time they can identify the smell. I think that is good because mose people do not have good scenting ability. (not like my beagle anyways :lol:
