Teach Soap

Love your ITP swirl semplice, sorry to hear it turned brown on you. Heather, beautiful soaps as usual. Jewls, I love how your soap looks like the photo or is it the photo looks like your soap!

Here is my lastest soap. I call it Citrus "Scent"sation. Not completely thrilled with how it turned out. I forgot the palm I was using was the RED palm and not the regular white stuff. So the colors I used didn't exactly come through. I used Lemongrass, Orange, Grapefruit and Litsea EO. For colors I used madder root(trying to make a light red/pink-for the pink grapefruit), paprika(orange-for the orange), and tumeric(yellow-for the lemongrass). But again, because of the palm everything is mostly orange, you can see a hint of the madder root.

Beer and oatmeal soap! I quite like it, it smells like a big bowl of porridge! Ralph (the husband) isn't sure if he likes it, and my father in law WRINKLED HIS NOSE!!!! It is unscented, so you can just smell soap and oatmeal. The other two pictures are of my real critics, their opinion matters too! After I took the second one Shadow (border collie) decided to test a bar for zap... aka she licked it!! Glad its for me and her LOL

Beautiful soaps, debsisson! Even if things didn't go quite as planned, they still turned out very nice. The EO combo sounds wonderful!

Hesty, the Beer & Oatmeal soaps look great! I like putting oatmeal on the top of mine, too. I do an unscented goat milk soap with oatmeal & honey and the scent reminds me graham crackers.

Your babies are sweet! I love Rainy's expression - so cute.

Having a hard time adding a photo to my post, so i hope this works.

This is my latest batch. I got to teach my husband how to make CP soap with this batch, so it was a really good time. It is scented with poison pie fragrance oil, with some kaolin clay in it
