Sorry, I didn't mean to freak anyone out. lol .. My brain just works a little differently. And being that I'm a Graphic Designer by trade, I couldn't help but together a look and a marketing plan. I know this is a journey, not a sprint.

Linda, I find it interesting that you changed logos.... now marketing plan I would figure should be re-evaluated on a regular basis... right now I have the best marketing plan ever...I make soap that I want and I give my soap to those I love and care about!

I really like the soap stamp. As far as having all the marketing ready first before the soap, I am ok with that. We have to remember that not everyone progresses through soaping at the same rate. Some people have been making crappy soap for years. Some people make great soap with in the first few tries.

I am sure many people named their babies before the baby actually arrived. They got the nursery all set up too! Think of it like this. Selling soap is much like this - there will be sleepless nights too.

It is important to have a business plan to guide support your business frowth. It gives you a measured road map for your company and your product, as well as distinguishing your product and it's quality. It's like follow the money in reverse. A business plan with a financial component also keeps it real!
