Teach Soap

Hi Supersoaper - Thank you for the welcome, I have definately decided to just stick to making the soap rather then colouring and fragrancing. I just want to get a recipe right, I wish I had someone local who did soapmaking classes, unfortunately there is no one I have come across yet.

SpottedCat - Thanks for the recipes, I will write these down and test them out. oh , I've just seen the recipe's again, I was getting a little confused lol.

Mella - I have noticed that the soaps started to look a light lighter then what it did when I cut it,

Anyway thank you to everyone that replied to this, I did make some soap last night, but I'm just waiting a couple of days to see the outcome. I followed a recipe to a tea that i found on an australian website, and it never traced, after 1 1/2 hrs or more of beating and waiting, and beating, re heating, it only thickened. so i will have to wait and see.

-Edit- It's really nice to finally find a forum to talk about soap with other people that won't get sick of hearing about it 24/7 hehehe
