Well I just had to do more soap today so my 4th batch was a small 1 pound batch with avocado oil in it! So here is a photo of the test batch. It took a bit longer to trace and I don't know if that was the temps or the avocado oil. Tried out a few colors and they look pretty too.

I'm going to leave it be. So no insulation. The individual molds will just have a light wax paper over them. I think this is non gel without refrigeration, but I'm not sure! LOL

Since these are individual molds, I doubt you will get gel. If you have a problem trying to get the soaps out of the mold, freeze them. When they are solid frozen, run warm water over the outside of the mold. Then gently wiggle the mold and they should come out.
