Wa-a-a-a-al, curious about what color I'd get if I dropped the annatto seed infused oil down to 10%, I made another batch last night.

It's yellow. Not a yolk yellow, a paler yellow. I was out of Fresh Mango FO so I used Peach Mango. It's the bar on the right. Fresh Mango is on the left. As long as the soap doesn't stain after it's cured, annatto seed colorant is a keeper. I like it.

Hmmm. I only used .5 oz in a 41 oz recipe (so way below yours) and mine is bright orange. Hmmm.

Lisa, I just checked my notes. I only had an oz of the original 6 ounces of annatto seed oil left ( infused for almost a week) when I poured the new oil in, and the new oil had only infused for a couple of days, so that could be part of the difference too.
