i love the feel of using a tooth soap........your mouth stays fresher longer. the soapy taste takes some getting used to, but it's not so bad really. I'm with Soapbuddy.......i love it.

but yea......yuo can really really feel a difference. it's like having that dentist fresh feeling everytime you brush. (gee......sounding like a commercial here eh?)

I pour mine into 2oz "low profile" jars.......i use spearmint to flavor too. I LOVE spearmint. last batch i did was spearmint with just a titch of cinnamon. omg. I'm in love. and a jar lasts for forever! just wet your toothbrush, scrub it across the surface a few times, and brush. And since i do it that way, I recommend that everyone have their own individual jar for this. lol

but yea........yall do what Jess did.........go grab a bar of soap and brush with it. It's really quite fabulous!

working with soap, I have heard about this a few times but was never brave enough to try it.... you guys are convincing me though.... I can just imagine the look my hubby will give me though when I tell him about brushing with soap! :lol:

Olive Oil 5
Palm Kernel Oil 4.5
Soybean Oil 6
Beeswax .5
Total Weight 16

4 to 6 ozs. of water
2.2 ozs. of lye for a 4% superfat
0.5 ozs. of mint oil

I think I will try this, make one little jar for each one with the flavoring they choose!
One question Soapbuddy, when & how would I incorporate the Xyititol?
