Teach Soap

These are the soaps I received from the recent BB SWAP. Thought you might like to see a few of them.



I received two soaps with a religious message, a non BB scent Blue Nile, and no name. I'm not one to try a soap with an agenda and certainly won't try a soap with no name associated with it are you? If you are proud of your product well then take credit somehow.

Several had none BB fragrance and some with no ingredients and some with no names, underweight etc.

From one soaper on the list only once, I received two soaps! I also received one of my own back! Go figure.

The instructions were very clear so I'm not sure what went askew, what was on the list for mine didn't all show up either. I was looking forward to the Mahogany fro!

That's my take.

Let me be clear and say thank you to those profession, artistic and generous soapers who participated. Your products are lovely to the nose and eye. It will be a while until I get them in the shower! Receiving 24 soaps I have some ahead of these! LOL I will be clean!

Thank you Anne-Marie for the fragrance samples I'll work with them after I return from a little trip!

I would love to get into a swap but it would take me a year to use that much soap. If you all ever decide to swap mini soaps count me in They all look lovely.

I would so be in a soap sample (2 oz size) swap if it would allow MP along with the CP
Have fun testing out all the lovely soaps! They all look so wonderful

Edit: And if anybody was wanting to do a swap that requires feedback and stuff, might I suggest Craftster.org? You have to be a member for a month and have 10 posts before you can participate in the swaps, but you're given feedback (positive or negative) depending on whether you complete the swap requirements, and anybody with negative feedback is ineligible to swap until that feedback is cleared to positive. Plus, you'll have more soap crafters to swap with, too. There's lots of beautiful soaps posted in their Bath and Beauty section. I actually found this site and a love of soaping due to a challenge posted on Craftster Just like I found a love of spinning due to the same challenge

It is a combo of CP and MP. I squished MP pieces on the top and let this batch gel (it super accelerated because of the FO) and the result was a pretty cool bar of soap. Here's my blog post about it:
