Teach Soap

I recently got my Brambleberry order and got myself some pretty colors. I have normally always just used micas and would add it by the scoop full until I got the color I was looking for. Well, I got Black Oxide, Hydrated Chrome Green Pigment, Ultramarine Pink (Pink Oxide) Pigment, Super Pearly White Mica, Electric Bubble Gum Colorant, Fizzy Lemonade Colorant, and Tangerine Wow! Colorant. I have watched the funnel pour video where a couple of these were used and I know that they can be mixed in oils prior to using. My question is this, how much do I use? I normally make a 1 pound batch at a time and I think that 1/2 tsp mixed into 1.5 oz of oil would be way too much and I would end up with bleeding colors and I would like to avoid that. I could make up some colorants in oils but then I would potentially be wasting ingredients and would rather not do that either. Any suggestions? TIA for your help.

For the Wow colorants, go by drops. How many depends how much color you want the soap to be.

Even if they are powdered? Would you recommend premixing some, storing them, and then shaking them up really good before use? Is that even a possibility? I do have some containers I could use.
