Teach Soap

I don't think the oat milk accelerated the soap. I say 'don't think', because I split the batch into 2 portions; I left the smaller portion unfragranced (for swirling), and I put fragrance oil into the larger portion. The unfragranced portion stayed nice and fluid, but the fragranced portion got thick really fast; so I suspect it was the f.o. that caused it to thicken up so fast, not the oat milk. I added the oat milk at trace, by the way

Ok,I got my oat milk following soapcake's instruction.
I would like to use it for my baby's soap,so I am about to use these oils: o.o., p.o.,c.o., castor,sunflower,sweet almond and cocoa butter (or shea- btw,can I use them both?).
Now, I've read here there are 2 ways if incorporating oat milk into soap, I'm closer to one that suggests adding at trace. But,what proportion LW/ oat milk to use? I would like to use OM as much as possible,on the other hand I still need water to dissolve lye. And one thing more: the oats in the milk have become soft,can I use them,as well,as they don't seem to have an exfoliating potency any more?
Any suggestions?

Well,since it's still in refrigerate,it's quite cold. Shall I keep it at room temp.or us it ok to add it that cold. I'm afraid to stop saponification,or make another mess.
