Made my first loaf soap (always used individual molds before), and I was wondering if anybody has any tips or advice on how to tell when it's ready to cut? I know 1-2 days is the norm, but are there any signs or characteristics I should be looking for? Any other tips on cutting? I don't have a professional cutter, so I'll just be using a kitchen knife.

Touch the top. Does it feel like hard cheese like cheddar? If so, I would take it out and cut it.
