I have found lots of things to color the soap naturally but im not sure how to use them with a rebatch base. Would mixing them with a little glycerine first work? Most of everything I have found says to mix with your oil but I dont have that option rebatching.

You can mix it with glycerin. But you can mix it with a little oil as well, even for rebatching. You'll just have a little superfat.
