I have been using 1 scoop of the powder PPO. If I am working with a touchy FO then I might back down to 1 scoop per 2# of oils. I have been mixing it in with my cooled down oils and then adding the lye water.

I use .5 ounce (1 scoop) of powder per pound of oils. I also add mine directly to the oils and blend it before adding my lye water.
